We have spent a few weekends getting everything hooked back up and ready to go. Well, today we got the car running again. We let it run for about 15 minutes at 2000 rpm to break in the cam. It sounds great with open headers!!!! The neighbors loved it too. The guy across the street was yelling and had his fist in the air. I can only assume he was saying "REV UP THAT BAD BOY AGAIN!! WOO HOO!!"
Cick here for video of the engine start. (4.2 mb) We have to bolt the torque converter up, bolt the radiator in, change the oil and get the vacuum lines set up correctly next.
