Took the Vette out for a run around the area WOW it sure turned a lot of heads, smiles and waves. What a fun car to drive. The sound and power is incredible!!! Sure wish I was keeping it.
1981 Corvette T-Top 350 Full race motor originally built for competition Corvette race car. 700hp. Too scary for the street. Had to be detuned by approx. 100hp. Miles on new motor approx.. 2k street miles, never been raced, original miles on car 49,800 Spent $20k on motor plus drive train and $8k on audio system. White with red pin strip, red interior. Body and interior are original. Needs seat covers or reupholstered. Over $30,000 has been spent on this Vette in the past several years. Has disc brakes both front and rear. Project car, original interior, exterior, and mileage. Has been in storage for over 20 months, needs TLC - Wash, wax and clean the interior. All the high $ stuff has been done.
Was recently sent to my local shop to address minor issues due to being in storage and lack of use, such as: power windows, valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gasket, vacuum lines, rotor and cap, adjust carb, bleed & adjust brakes.
Its back from the shop and ready to go. No major issues.

This is a California car "No Rust". It passes tail pipe smog better than a stock 1981 Vette however it will not pass California visual. "No smog equipment" except Cats. Needs to go out of state or reinstall smog equipment. This is not a problem in most other states. To the best of my knowledge only California and New York City.
For the price I will sell this Vette for, you can take it to Reno Nevada's Hot August Nights and make yourself a $10k plus profit.
