1968 T-Top
Engine: 427, 95,288 Miles, Color: Rally Red with Red interior.
Beautiful 1968 Rally Red on red T-Top with the unusual combination of the 400 HP 427 triple duce Holley carbureted Tri-Power mated with the 400 Turbo Hydramatic automatic transmission. Matching number car that I've owned for 36 years. Always garaged, and well taken care of, this is a fine example of a 68 big block. Power brakes, power steering, AM/FM radio, 308 Positraction, and factory wheel covers as the build sheet reflects. Vacuum operated lights and wiper panel that actually work, and I did upgrade to leather seats. As you can see on the build sheet, all Tri-Power cars start out as a 390 HP 427 and get the 390 to 400 HP option added as they go down the line. The build sheets were glued to the top of the gas tank at the factory, and if they weren't found in time, they were lost. Many years ago I was able to recover this one just in time. Anyone looking for a numbers matching 1968 Tri-Power will be happy with this car.

1969 Convertible
Engine: 427, 70,000 Miles, Color: Red with Red interior.
I have owned this rare numbers matching 427 tri power ( 3- two barrel carburators) for about 15 years. 70,000 original miles. Beautiful leather seats, new door panels, telescopic steering, dash in excellent condition, new glass, new chrome. The paint was totally stripped in 2014, the fibreglass is smooth and the paint has a showroom finish. Wheels and tires have 5000 miles. Stainless headers . The previous owner had it for 26 years..he said there was a tick in the engine, and given his connections with GM, had it completely torn down and rebuilt at 40,000 miles in 1987. I had the transmission rebuilt about 5000 miles ago. The suspension was overhauled including front and rear springs. Mechanically it's like new. Fun to drive. Always meticulously maintained and garaged. It's time for a new owner to enjoy. I will assist the buyer with shipping.

Welcome to THE VETTE NET, the most experienced online Corvette broker service (founded in 1998). Whether you are selling or buying a Vette, we offer you our extensive knowledge and commitment to help make your transaction pleasant and professional. The Vette Net is a proud Lifetime Business Member of the National Corvette Museum. We are pleased to bring to your attention a very nice value, virtually, a one-owner 1970 T-Top Coupe. Actual owner bought it last year from the original owner. At that time, car was entirely original, with only a new correct set of seat covers. Present owner commissioned a high-end correct Mulsanne Blue two-stage paint-job, added new weather-stripping and changed fluids. Available with the sale is a complete set of correct Al Knoch carpet. From the factory, it came very well equipped with Power Steering, Power Brakes, an Automatic Transmission, and an Alarm system. According to the original sales receipt, its MSRP was $5,255.25. Original docs are available, also lots of receipts and documentation. Just as the exquisite cosmetic condition, car is mechanically very sound, all items being in working condition: gauges, instruments, horn, fiberoptics, vacuum operated headlights and wiper door. This is your opportunity to own a piece of history, a time capsule from an era when performance was king. Coupled with its rarity, owing to the shortened production run due to the GM strike of the time, this Corvette offers incredible value. Currently located in Michigan, this Vette is available for nationwide and international shipping. **Why Choose THE VETTE NET?** Since 1998, THE VETTE NET has been run by passionate Corvette enthusiasts helping others buy and sell these iconic cars.
