Original pricing for the 1965 Corvette Coupe was $4,321. The 1965 Corvette Convertible was for sale priced slightly lower at $4,106. The 1965 Corvette was the last year for fuel injection until 1982 and was the first year for the big block - a 396 ci featuring 425 hp. The 1965 Corvette also featured 5 verisons of its 327 cubic inch engines. There were six engines available for the 1965 Corvette: 327 ci 250 hp base engine The 1965 Corvette lacked the hood depressions that were common on the previous 2 model years.
