The 1969 427 Stingray is one of the cars that made the muscle cars Great. The STINGRAY is an American Icon, with good looks, and ground pounding power.
The Body: The Riverside Gold paint is original and still in good condition. When the sun light hits this car you can see how it sparkles. The Goodyear Tires and Rally Wheels, make this car stand out. The body lines are sharp and the gaps are small. If you want to be noticed, what could be better than a 427 Vette? All the chrome is in very good shape. You can tell that the past owner always took great care of it. The pleasure you will get from owning the fabulous car is worth more than money you are paying for it.
The Drive Train: It has ALL MATCHING NUMBERS, and was just rebuilt (more than $7,000 spent). It has been Balanced and blue printed, new high performance pistons, cam and everything from water pump to new radiator. The 427 Motor has more power now than when it was new, it had 390 hp and had 460 feet of torque. It pulls like there is no tomorrow. It has an aluminum intake and better carb than stock (I still have the original intake). Other than the air cleaner every thing under the hood looks stock. The Trans, and rear sound and work the way they should. The 427 is freshly tuned and the car runs just like you would want it to. When you go for a drive, it’s like stepping back into time. If you are having a bad day, all you need to do is get behind the wheel, put the key in and turn it on. This Corvette will then Turn You On! The drive will put a smile on your face and brighten your outlook on life.
The Interior: Is spotless with black Leather Bucket Seats, Console with 4 speed, and full gages. The Am Fm cassette stereo sounds great. Everything works like it should..
